Lindsey Willoughby, DMD

Dr. Lindsey Willoughby is a native of Fort Mitchell, growing up on a cul-de-sac off of Highland Avenue and on Thompson Avenue. She spent a lot of summers at Beechwood Swim Club and a lot of Friday afternoons at Skyline. She graduated from Beechwood High School in 2005 and then from Georgetown College in 2009 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology. She studied at University of Kentucky College of Dentistry, earning her Doctorate of Dental Medicine in 2013.

Since then, Dr. Willoughby has worked primarily in public health, both in the Northern Kentucky community and in Chicago’s South Side. Treating patients like family and developing mutual respect shape her practice philosophy. Dr. Willoughby understands the importance of growth and learning, and she is an active member of the American Dental Association, Kentucky Dental Association, and Northern Kentucky Dental Society, where she currently serves as President.

While not at work, you can find Dr. Willoughby with her husband, Jarrod, chasing their two little boys, Finn and Eli. They currently live in Fort Thomas. She enjoys dreaming about travel, cooking but not cleaning, and making memories with friends and family.

We’re here for you and your smile!

FAQ's

What services does your office provide?

Dr. Willoughby is focused on comprehensive care. She wants to make sure your entire mouth is healthy! We provide a range of services, including: Diagnostic (exams, x-rays, oral cancer screenings), Preventative (cleanings, fluoride, sealants), Restorative (tooth-colored fillings, crowns, bridges), Prosthodontics (dentures, partials, implant crowns), Endodontics (simple root canals), Oral Surgery (extractions), and Orthodontics (Invisalign).

How much is this going to cost me? Do you accept my insurance?

We can submit claims to any insurance plan except for state Medicaid programs. We also accept Care Credit and will work with you to ensure that you get the care that you need.

Do you see kids?

Yes! Dr. Willoughby has worked with kids throughout her career. Sometimes, young children that require extensive work are best treated by a pediatric dentist. In those cases, we can perform the initial check up, and then get you pointed in the right direction.

Do you put people to sleep for dental work?

We offer Nitrous Oxide (Laughing Gas), and Dr. Willoughby is trained to offer oral anti-anxiety medication in certain cases (for example, Valium). If you require full sedation for dental work, we have friends who can help you with that. Please don’t let fear keep you from having a healthy smile!

Do you do braces?

Dr. Willoughby is a certified Invisalign provider. She chooses cases that she knows will be successful.

Are you accepting new patients?

Absolutely. We love to meet new people!
